Even though our sales division is small, we are very proud of their quality work and customer service. Our Sales Division is able to provide clients with the same services as a larger company, however, we feel that our associates are also able to provide more personal attention to our clients.
As members of PAAR, our associates are able to gain access to the Multiple Listing Service and can access property information listed by other agents. In addition to listing properties for sale with MLS, the Sales Division places a sign and flyers at the property, as well as advertises on various websites, the local newspaper and real estate magazines.
Working together with the tenants, our sales division can effectively lessen stress on the tenants and the owners by working directly with the rental department. Also, the sales associates will assist owners who may be looking for an additional property to purchase. They also provide a free Comparative Market Analysis for owners interested in selling their investments.
OUR SALES TEAM
Our sales associates are the mother/daughter team of Reeda McCarty and Sheri Winter. Combined the two have almost thirty (30) years experience in sales and property management. In addition to Sheri heading Pierce Property Management's sales division, she is also an associate broker. Sheri has several years experience working as a property manager at Pierce Property Management and Reeda has a construction background. Both are able to market all types of properties including single-family, multi-family and commercial property. Together the two have been quite the successful sales team working closely, without competition, to insure you will get the best service possible.
