Meet the Team
Employed with Pierce Property Management for over thirty years, Diane now owns the company with her husband, Duane. As Designated Broker, she oversees office operations and supervises the management of the properties. An active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers), she currently holds the RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation and has recently added her MPM (Master Property Manager) designation. She was actively involved in the formation of the Central Arizona Chapter of NARPM and has held several board positions, including secretary, vice-president and president. Diane was elected to the PAAR (Prescott Area Association of Realtors) Board of Directors as the first Property Management Director. She currently is serving as a director on the Prescott Valley Chamber of Commerce Board.
In addition to being the Associate Broker, Cindy handles the internal daily operations of the office as well as a variety of additional duties. She oversees the bookkeeping department and is handling all aspects associated with her portfolio of properties. She is an active member of NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) and is working on her RMP (Residential Management Professional) designation.
Our newest addition, Julie, is taking on the Property Manager role and comes to our office with 30 years experience. She is familiar with duties required of a property manager and is a welcomed addition to our staff. She will be handling many responsibilities associated with this job including move-out, move-in and annual walkthroughs, owner and tenant contact and coordinating all maintenance needs.
Page is our administrative assistant and plays a key role in our everyday duties. She is first to greet all customers and directs calls to the appropriate team member. She also performs many administrative duties including processing notices, correspondence and assisting property managers overseeing maintenance.
Nora is a leasing agent and licensed real estate agent. She is responsible for showing available properties to prospective tenants, assisting in processing applications, checking properties and other responsibilities in the field.
Wendy works part-time in the office as an administrative assistant. She assists with data entry, vendor packets, vendor insurance and other tasks as needed.
